Watson Families, Our 3rd-5th grade students will begin their ATLAS writing assessment tomorrow, Tuesday, March 12, 2024. It is extremely important that students in noted grade level do not miss school and are on time, so that we can avoid make-up exams. Please have your student here and ready test tomorrow.

Good afternoon, Watson families! This message comes to remind you of two important events in the life of the school this week.We will have Watson Night at the Museum of Discovery this Thursday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. This is a completely free event in which food and other activities will be provided by the school. All you have to do is show up.Additionally, promotion portraits will be taken for our kindergarten and fifth grade graduates. Information regarding purchases has been sent home. We ask that you assist in this process by making sure your student is here--make up photos will not be taken--and you might want to make sure that your students hair and appearance is picture ready.Thank you for your cooperation with these items. Watson Families, We are excited to welcome our scholars back to school tomorrow morning. Please be aware that parent-teacher conferences are scheduled from 3 pm to 6 pm tomorrow evening, leading to the cancellation of our tutoring program. Starting tomorrow, we kick off our Black History Month spirit activities. The theme for tomorrow is Black Out, and we encourage all participants to dress in all black. You can find a comprehensive list of activities for the next two weeks on our social media platforms, and a printed copy will be sent home in the Tuesday folder. We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support for Watson and our initiatives. It is because of families like yours that our #EaglesSOAR to even greater heights.

This is a friendly reminder that schools are open tomorrow, February 16th. Parent-teacher conferences originally scheduled for tomorrow will be held after school on Tuesday, February 20th.

Due to parent-teacher conferences being scheduled from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm this afternoon, boot camp has been canceled. All students who ride the buses/ vans will be sent home via their regular routes. All car riders will need to be picked up during dismissal times. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
