Open Enrollment Period: December 2-13, 2024
The Little Rock School District Student Registration Office is pleased to announce that the Open Enrollment period for the 2025-2026 school year is swiftly approaching. This is an exciting opportunity for families to explore our magnet and specialty schools and for new students to join our school district community. All parents with current 5th and 8th-grade students (except K8 schools) should consider whether they will apply for a magnet or specialty school. If not, your student will automatically roll up to his/her attendance zone school based on his/her current address of record.
*Magnet and Specialty Schools*
If your child is interested in attending one of our magnet or specialty schools, please visit https://joinlrsd.schoolmint.com/login during the Open Enrollment period. Our magnet and specialty schools offer unique and innovative programs that cater to diverse interests and learning styles.
*New to the District*
If your child is new to the LRSD, please apply through SchoolMint during the Open Enrollment period. We welcome all students and look forward to providing them with a high-quality education.

- Open Enrollment period: December 2-13, 2024.
- Applications submitted during this period will be considered for the 2025-2026 school year.
*How to Apply*
-if NEW to LRSD, please visit: https://lrsd.jotform.com/240956001459052 first, answer the home language survey, then create an account.
- If you already have a login account, log in using the login information.
- Complete the application for your child, including the required documents and information.
- Upload your application during the Open Enrollment period.
- Update your address if you have relocated since the start of school. You may do so at your student’s current school.
- If you currently attend the Little Rock School District (PK-11) and are not applying for a magnet or specialty
school, you do not have to do anything.
