The front of Little Rock Central High School

Thirteen seniors from Little Rock Central High School have been recognized as Commended Students in the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program, marking the largest group of Commended Scholars from Central in a single year. This distinction places them among the top students who entered the competition nationwide.

Each student's accomplishment represents a significant milestone in their academic journey, celebrated with a Letter of Commendation from the school and National Merit Scholarship Corporation. Although these Commended Students will not advance in the competition for National Merit Scholarships, the designation as Commended Students highlights their accomplishments.
