Superintendent Dr. Jermall Wright has been welcomed as a new member of Chiefs for Change, a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing education policies that impact all students. Dr. Wright joins three other distinguished superintendents, expanding the network to 57 members across 22 states, collectively serving over 7 million students.
Chiefs for Change CEO Robert Runcie expressed enthusiasm about the new additions.

Since taking the helm of LRSD in July 2022, Dr. Wright has led with a strategic vision focused on improving student outcomes and ensuring that every student has access to a high-quality education.
