McDermott Elementary School

Blue Cross and Blue Shield volunteers made our Mustangs whole week last week at our anual Scholastic Book Fair. Their ERG's raised enough money so that every student at our school had the opportunity to shop at the book fair, a first for our campus! They started the week by gifting each student with an oral care goodie bag and coloring book, assisted in setting up the book fair, took on the role of sales clerks and staffed several stations during our Grandparents Day luncheon as well. The smiles they brought to our campus last week will be sparkling and shining for weeks to come! Thanks so much for all the support and love you shared with our community BCBS. It's GREAT to be a Mustang!
