Good evening, This is Principal Modica with this week’s announcements. Apology: Last night, while working late and rushing to finish my tasks, I mistakenly set the call-out for 12:00 a.m. I apologize for the oversight; it was not intentional. Thank you for your understanding. Fall Festival: Fall Festival is on November 1st from 5:00-8:00. We're asking K-2nd graders to bring 2 bags of candy, 3rd-5th graders 2-liter drinks, 6th graders a 12-pack of drinks, and 7th-8th graders 3 boxes of Little Debbie snacks. Grades: Report cards will be sent home on October 18th. If your child is failing, please reach out to their teacher. While Fair Prep students can complete the work, they may need support staying motivated, and we appreciate your help in keeping them on track. Middle School parents, please note: At the end of the 2nd semester, grades from both semesters will be averaged. If a student fails English or Math, or both Science and Social Studies, they will be required to attend summer school, according to District policy. Failure to attend or pass summer school will result in automatic retention. Attendance during the school year also impacts summer school requirements. Dress Code: Thank you to all parents who are helping us enforce the dress-code policy. If your child wears inappropriate clothing, we will call you since we no longer have spare clothes available. Dismissal: Please remain in your car and do not walk to the door to retrieve your child. Students will not be called out of class for check-out at the front after 2:00 pm. Games and New Ticket System: Please come out and support the Lady War Eagle Volleyball team as they face Lacey at Fair on Monday and Dunbar at Dunbar on Wednesday. All games this week begin at 5:30. 🚨 Traffic Alert for LRSD Families! Please be aware that some bus routes may experience delays this afternoon due to the Razorback game tonight at War Memorial Stadium. We've highlighted the affected routes and schools in the attached graphic. Plan ahead and thank you for your understanding!

Good evening, This is Principal Modica with this week’s announcements: **Breakfast:** Students must arrive between 7:05 and 7:30 if they wish to eat breakfast. Breakfast ends at 7:30, as instruction begins at 7:40. **Tardies:** Students arriving after 7:40 will be marked tardy. If they arrive after 7:45, they must go to the office for a tardy slip. Parents must walk their child inside if dropping off after 7:40. **Traffic:** Please enter through the "Entrance" side. Buses drop off at the front, while parents should drive around the building to drop off/pick up. Follow the designated traffic flow. **Dress Code:** No uniforms are required, but students must follow the dress code. If not, they may have to change into clothing from the closet or call home if no size is available. **Dismissal:** Follow the traffic pattern and remain in your car for pick-up. Do not walk to the door to get your child. No check-outs during dismissal. **Athletic Events:** LRSD has moved to ticketless entry for all athletic events. Purchase tickets in advance at GoFan.co or scan the QR code at the venue. Tickets are $5 (+$1 processing fee). No re-entry once inside. If a game is canceled, refunds will be automatic. Rescheduled games will have tickets updated with the new date. **Games and Pep Rally:** Support the Lady War Eagle Volleyball team at Forest Heights and the War Eagle Football team at J.A. Fair. The pep rally is on Friday, August 30th. Students not following SOAR Expectations cannot attend. Thank you!

Starting this season, all venues will switch to a fully digital ticket system. Buy tickets in advance at GoFan.co by selecting your school and game. On game day, you can also scan a QR code at the venue for quick access. Tickets can be transferred to friends and family.
