Dear Chicot ECC Students and Parents,

Welcome back to another exciting school year at Chicot Early Childhood Center, home of the Chip the Cheetah. I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable summer break, filled with fun, laughter, and memorable moments. As we embark on this new academic year, I am thrilled to reconnect with returning students and extend a heartfelt welcome to those joining us for the first time. I am Dr. Richardson. I am not new to Chicot. I served as principal for 8 years.

This year I am returning home after serving in many other roles in our district. I am elated to be back at Chicot again.

This year promises to be full of learning, growth, and new experiences. Our dedicated team of teachers and staff have been working hard to prepare engaging and enriching lessons and activities that will inspire and challenge our students. We are committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
