In an effort to address the needs of today's busy parents, the LRSD has made various registration and enrollment forms available on this site. Parents are invited to download and print these forms. You may either fill in the information in writing or electronically, however the completed forms must be submitted in person to a LRSD school or the Student Registration Office and cannot be submitted online. Certain forms may not be submitted without the required documentation needed for initial student registration.
