PreK Fall Fest gets help from high school students

November 10, 2010 ·

Fair Park Early Childhood Center held their 6th annual Fall Fest. But this year the staff and parents were aided by the help of high school students from Central High who helped man the booths so parents could experience Fall Fest with their child instead of having to provide voluteer support.Fair Park student plays game

Central's Student Council members helped with the games, which tied into the math and social skills students are learning during the school day. This collaboration between parents, staff, Pre-K and high school students is what is essential to making schools work in our community.
